MOTION CUT 2.0 is a completely redesigned 4-blade stainless steel cutter. We developed it based on several seasons of experience with the first generation and feedback from our customers. It replaces the standard small blades on Mammotion mowers and delivers a cleaner cut, quieter operation, and even longer service life.

Why choose MotionCut 2.0?
Exceptional durability
Made from durable stainless knife steel, hardened to 52–54 HRC, the MotionCut 2.0 blade is designed for at least 5 years of regular use with proper maintenance.
The expected service life applies under normal mowing conditions, with regular cleaning and proper sharpening, and does not include damage caused by impacts with stones or other hard objects.
Replaces several smaller blades
The four-arm ninja-star-style design replaces multiple smaller blades and cuts the grass into fine pieces. MotionCut 2.0 is also designed for mowing taller and denser grass, within the capabilities of your robotic mower.
Minimal sanding
Under normal mowing conditions on maintained lawns, the MotionCut 2.0 blade can retain its sharpness for up to 4 months. Once one side becomes worn, you can simply flip the blade and continue mowing with the second cutting edge – reducing the need for sharpening and maintenance.
The stated edge retention applies to normal mowing of maintained grass areas. The actual time before resharpening is required depends on the type and density of the grass, mowing frequency, and terrain conditions. Contact with sand, soil, stones, or other hard foreign objects may accelerate wear of the cutting edges or cause damage; therefore, the stated edge retention does not apply under such conditions.

The example is based on 30 days of continuous use without cleaning or changing the blades. Standard blades showed signs of wear and reduced cutting performance, while MotionCut 2.0 maintained a clean and even cut. The cost calculation is based on the fact that Luba Mini mowers use 6 factory blades. For Luba 1, 2, 2X, and 3 models, the cost is double as these mowers use 12 blades.
Can my lawnmower be damaged or perform worse?
Quite the opposite! Our blades are designed not to put additional strain on the motors, and because they are lighter than the factory blade carriers, the mower can cover up to 10% more area on a single charge.

Impacts with heavier objects, stones, or even running aground
This includes collisions with larger obstacles, such as rocks or stumps, or even the mower running aground. In most cases, the blades do not sustain major damage. However, in the event of contact with stones, minor chipping may occur, so it is recommended to resharpen the blade. The mower is equipped with a built-in protection system that detects motor overload and stops automatically, thereby preventing more serious damage.
