Delivery and Shipping

The provider undertakes to prepare and dispatch the ordered products as quickly as possible. After placing the order, the customer receives an electronic invoice containing all legally required information as well as warranty details (if applicable). The invoice serves as a warranty certificate.

Changes to billing details are not possible after the order has been placed.

Orders are shipped via the provider’s contracted delivery partners in appropriate and protective packaging.

If the customer is not available at the time of delivery, the courier will leave a notification or contact the customer regarding redelivery options. The shipment may also be collected at pickup points or parcel lockers.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of the ordered products and the destination country.

The final shipping cost is automatically calculated during checkout and clearly displayed before the order is confirmed.

Packaging costs are included in the shipping price unless stated otherwise.

Additional fees (such as Cash on Delivery – COD) are not included in the standard shipping cost and may be charged separately.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times:

  • Slovenia: 3–5 business days

  • Other countries: 5–16 business days

Delivery times are indicative and may be extended due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. force majeure, payment delays, or courier delays).

If the provider is unable to deliver within the legally defined period of 45 days, the customer will be informed without delay and provided with a new estimated delivery date.

If delivery is not possible even within the additional timeframe, the customer has the right to withdraw from the contract. All payments will be refunded without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice.

If the delivery deadline was explicitly agreed as an essential element of the contract, the customer may withdraw without granting an additional period.

Custom Duties and Taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may apply depending on the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Orders shipped to the United States of America (USA) are sent under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms. This means that all import duties, customs fees, and taxes for shipments to the USA are covered by Exact Designs.

For all other non-EU countries, any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes remain the responsibility of the customer.

Exact Designs is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures or customs inspections.

Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • custom-made or personalized products,

  • fully performed services,

  • sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery,

  • other cases excluded by applicable law.
