General terms and conditions

We will prepare the ordered products and ship them to your address within the estimated timeframe. The invoice you receive upon ordering will also contain all information regarding the warranty period for electronic products. The invoice serves as the warranty. The payer's details on the invoice cannot be changed after the order has been submitted. We deliver the products through our contract partners in appropriate packaging.

If you are not home upon delivery, the courier will leave a notice about the arrived shipment or contact you regarding redelivery options. You can also pick up the package at the delivery service's stores or parcel lockers.

Delivery and Shipping Costs

The delivery cost (shipping) is calculated based on the total weight of the ordered products. The delivery price is automatically calculated during the ordering process based on the weight of the package and the delivery country.

The final shipping price is always clearly displayed before completing the order.

Packaging costs are included in the delivery price. Any additional costs (e.g., cash on delivery – COD) are not included in the basic shipping price.

Delivery Time

We will deliver the ordered goods within the usual delivery timeframe, if possible:

In the event that the order cannot be delivered within the legally specified period of 45 days (e.g., due to a delay in payment of the proforma invoice), we will inform you in good time and provide a new estimated delivery timeframe.

If we are unable to deliver the ordered goods even within the additional timeframe, you may withdraw from the contract, and we will refund all payments received as soon as possible, no later than 14 days after you receive the notice.

Notwithstanding the above, you may also withdraw from the contract without an additional timeframe if you expressly informed us before the contract was concluded that the delivery timeframe is an essential part of the contract.

Customs Duties, Import Duties and Taxes (Custom Duties and Taxes)

For orders shipped from outside the European Union, import duties, customs costs, and local taxes may be charged depending on the delivery country. These costs are borne by the buyer unless expressly stated otherwise.

Orders shipped to the United States of America (USA) are dispatched under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms. This means that all import duties, customs costs, and taxes for shipments to the USA are covered by Exact Designs.

Exact Designs is not responsible for any delivery delays caused by customs procedures or the retention of the shipment at customs.

Withdrawal from the Contract

Withdrawal from the contract is not possible for products made to the customer's custom specifications or wishes, or for services already performed. The same applies to products where this is specifically stated in the description, and to products for which withdrawal from the contract is not possible for hygiene reasons.
