When can I return the product?

For distance or off-premises contracts, you have the right to inform us within 14 days of receiving the product that you withdraw from the contract, without having to give a reason for your decision. (applies only to natural persons)

Can't find assembly instructions?

Instructions for the izelki can be found on the card that came with the package. There is a QR code on it that you need to scan and it will take you to the instructions. Instructions can also be found on here.

The package was not delivered?

If your package has not been delivered, we recommend that you first check your package tracking number to see where it is. If you still do not have information about your package, please contact us here.

Damaged package contents?

If any of the products in your package were damaged, please contact us here.

Can I pick up the product in person?

Product pickup is also possible at the headquarters of the company Oblikovanje in prodaja Exact Designs, Zorko Sebastjan sp, Janžev Vrh 44a, 9252 Radenci , Slovenia, where you also have the opportunity to inspect the product in person.

Delivery time

  • Delivery within Slovenia usually takes 2 to 4 working days .
  • For countries within the European Union, the delivery time is usually 5 to 9 business days .
  • To countries outside the EU, delivery takes between 9 and 16 business days , depending on location.

We ship with Pošta Slovenije , which then delivers the package to your national post office, such as La Poste, Correos, USPS , and similar.
